We are building an in-house content team that will travel, create, meet people and document the world around our brand. We are not looking for traditional influencers who only post sponsored content. We are looking for creative personalities who can develop ideas, appear on camera, film, edit and turn real experiences into content people genuinely want to watch. The team we are building: Sweden: Global Creative & Social Lead Based in Stockholm with international travel. You will lead KLINT’s global content operation and be responsible for:

• Developing recurring social formats and creative concepts
• Leading our content calendar across markets
• Directing creators, shoots, road trips and events
• Working closely with sales, distributors and retail partners
• Reviewing performance and improving content continuously
• Ensuring content follows platform rules and local regulations
• Creating content yourself when speed matters

You are both strategic and hands-on. You understand TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms, but you also know how to build a long-term brand. Sweden: On-Camera Content Creator & Video Editor Based in Stockholm with international travel. You will become one of KLINT’s recurring on-camera personalities. You will:

• Develop, film and edit short-form videos
• Host interviews, challenges, road trips and behind-the-scenes formats
• Travel to KLINT markets, events, retailers and production facilities
• Turn one shooting day into multiple platform-native videos
• Follow trends without copying what every other brand is doing
• Work comfortably both in front of and behind the camera
• Publish quickly while maintaining a consistent visual standard

A large personal following is not required. Personality, creativity, editing ability and consistency matter more. Sweden: Content & Activation Producer Based in Stockholm with international travel. You will make the ideas happen. You will:

• Plan road trips, shoots, events and collaborations
• Find locations, guests and local stories
• Coordinate travel, schedules, permits and production
• Appear on camera as KLINT’s second recurring personality
• Build relationships with creators, communities and retail partners
• Capture spontaneous content during activations
• Keep productions moving from initial idea to published content

You should be organised, social, resourceful and calm when plans change. Global: Local Market Creators We are also looking for local creators in selected markets, including the UK, Finland, Spain, Germany, Central Europe and the Baltics. You will:

• Become a recognisable local KLINT personality
• Create content in your local language
• Adapt global formats to local culture
• Interview adult consumers, retailers and relevant personalities
• Attend selected events and KLINT activations
• Work closely with the Stockholm content team
• Deliver a consistent number of videos each month

International positions will receive fixed monthly compensation. Depending on the market, employment will be arranged through a local KLINT entity or employment partner. Who we are looking for You may come from content creation, film, events, sports, entertainment, e-commerce, journalism or social media. You should:

• Be confident and natural on camera
• Understand short-form storytelling
• Be able to film and edit mobile-first content
• Speak fluent English; additional languages are highly valuable
• Be comfortable travelling regularly
• Work independently and meet deadlines
• Understand the responsibility of communicating within a regulated category
• Be at least 25 years old, as the roles include appearing in Swedish commercial content
• Have a valid driving licence for the Sweden-based roles
