Key Account Manager-Finland Salary: 4000USD-6000USD More than 10 years of sales experience, strong channel development ability, based in Finland. Past background in channel customer connection. Experience in Elkjop and Power channels is preferred, followed by e-commerce/operator channels. Report to the country manager of Nordic Region. Benchmark companies: Anker, mobile phone manufacturers, Elkjop/PowerPOC Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for developing new KA channels, including retail chains, e-shops, operators, mass merchandisers, and DIY stores, as well as maintaining relationships with existing core channels. 2.Responsible for assisting agents and channel sales teams with product training, new product launches, and communicating company culture and values. 3.Regularly meet with KA channels to plan promotional campaigns and manage SOA support. 4.Regularly share and review channel performance, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall sell-in and sell-out efficiency. 5.Maintain communication with the Chinese HQ team, collect and analyze sell-in/sell-out data, and gather related competitive intelligence. 6.Based in Finland, responsible for the Nordic markets, and willing to travel on short-term business trips. Qualifications: 1.Experience in consumer electronics and 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) is preferred. 2.Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years of experience in Nordic channel operations preferred. 3.Strong execution, analytical, business development, and communication skills.
