Key Account Manager Nordics

What You Will Do As Key Account Manager Nordics, you will build a strong, sustainable and impactful grocery business across Sweden and the Nordics. You own the day to day management of key customers, from negotiations and annual planning to forecasting, execution and performance tracking. Working closely with the Nordic commercial team and international stakeholders, you translate strategy into winning customer plans, strengthen long‑term partnerships and ensure Tony’s brand grows profitably and visibly in the market. • Drive net revenue, margin strategy and market share growth across Nordic grocery customers.
• Lead annual negotiations, pricing strategy year talks and joint business planning.
• Translate data into insights using Nielsen IQ, POS data and forecasting tools.
• Secure listings, promotions, visibility and best‑in‑class execution.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, finance and operations team.
• Continuously raise the bar on commercial excellence and customer impact.

Job Requirements Our new flavor:

• Strong experience in Key Account Management and grocery retail within FMCG.
• Proven ability to negotiate, influence and deliver results.
• Excellent understanding of Nielsen IQ, POS data and customer insights.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in commercial, marketing, logistics and finance.
• Fluent in Swedish & English.
