We are looking for a Key Account Manager in Finland to join our cross-Nordic team of business-driven colleagues in Nordic Corporate Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of larger Finnish corporate customers headquartered in Finland. About the role To succeed as a Key Account Manager within Nordic Corporate Sales, you need to clearly communicate the value we create for our customers and be comfortable with value-based selling. This is a modern KAM role that we continuously develop through our tools, processes and ways of working to remain competitive and relevant to our customers. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving sales of our solutions across a portfolio of larger Finnish corporate customers from various industries, all headquartered in Finland.
• Delivering profitable growth across your existing customer portfolio while developing new business opportunities with relevant Finnish corporate customers.
• Proactively managing sales and prospecting activities, including maintaining an active and high-quality sales pipeline.
• Building and developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.
• Taking full ownership of your customers, including their commercial development, performance and profitability, as well as negotiating the commercial terms of agreements.
• Using CRM to identify and develop sales opportunities while ensuring a complete and up-to-date customer overview.

Our customers are larger Finnish enterprises headquartered in Finland, often with operations across the Nordics or Europe. To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset, combined with excellent sales and presentation skills. You are a trusted advisor who is comfortable with value-based selling, engaging with C-level stakeholders, building trust and creating impact.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills. You are outgoing and persistent in prospect and customer interactions and comfortable managing demanding business negotiations across different organizational levels.
• A relationship-driven approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• A collaborative mindset and positive attitude. You are a team player who contributes positive energy and believes that achieving great results and having fun at work can go hand in hand.
• Experience in complex B2B sales, preferably with large corporate accounts, together with a proven track record of delivering successful commercial results.
• A relevant educational background, for example in business or finance, combined with a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience from a regulated industry, preferably banking, financial services or payments, is considered an advantage. You know how to balance a strong commercial drive with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
