Job Description ABOUT THE TEAM Castrol Industrial’s Key Account Management team is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships and driving sustainable, profitable growth across key industrial accounts. The team works closely with regional sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple geographies to deliver tailored customer value propositions, ensure business continuity, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role has a national scope covering Sweden, with global stakeholder collaboration where required. KEY TASKS

• Manage strategic key accounts, developing strong relationships with customer decision-makers and senior management.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, setting growth targets and identifying opportunities to increase sales volume, turnover, gross margin and cash performance.
• Lead customer growth projects, establishing clear milestones, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective execution.
• Collaborate with regional sales and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions across products, applications, services and technical requirements.
• Monitor customer needs, industry trends and technology developments to identify business opportunities and enhance Castrol’s value proposition.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery requirements, maintaining close communication with customers and internal stakeholders to support critical industrial applications.
• Communicate progress, risks and resource requirements effectively, proactively resolving issues that may affect customer satisfaction or business performance.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable legislation, the company’s Code of Conduct, and Health, Safety and Environment policies.

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or marketing, including exposure to industrial product sales.
• At least 5 years of experience managing relationships with large national or transnational key accounts.
• Proven experience developing account strategies, business plans and commercial growth initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen, including sales performance management, negotiation and value creation.
• Experience coordinating complex customer requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior customer representatives and international teams.
• Science or Engineering degree required; a business degree is preferred.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits, with a company car provided.
