Junior Software Developer - AI & Monitoring Systems

As a Junior Software Developer, you will focus on onboarding services to our client's monitoring infrastructure and verifying AI agent performance. You will play a key role in tracking operational costs, maintaining high testing standards, and documenting system workflows.

Work tasks

This role involves onboarding services to monitoring systems, validating AI agent performance against historical data, managing API costs, and writing automated tests to ensure system stability.

• Onboard new services systematically to our monitoring infrastructure.
• Analyze and document monitoring metrics and log data for each service.
• Validate that AI-generated responses and alerts match historical patterns.
• Establish metrics to track and optimize the accuracy of AI agents.
• Monitor API usage and track operational costs of AI services.
• Document agent prompt evolution and maintain version histories.
• Write and automate tests to ensure overall system reliability.

We are looking for

• At least 2 years of professional work experience from software development
• Basic knowledge of a software development language such as Python or C#
• Basic understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering
• Ability to write, execute, and automate tests
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Fluent skills in English

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with monitoring infrastructures and log analysis
• Knowledge of API cost management and tracking
