What you'll do
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support a technical project with documentation management, project coordination and AI-driven process improvements. Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of technical and project documentation and ensure it is structured, accurate and up to date
- Coordinate documentation activities with technical teams and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline documentation processes using AI-driven solutions
- Support project planning, progress tracking and reporting based on the project WBS
- Help improve the overall quality and consistency of project documentation
Key Requirements
- Experience working with technical or project documentation
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components and their differences
- Experience with, or strong interest in, AI-driven automation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities
Other Details Assignment duration: 2 November 2026 to 30 April 2027 Location: Kalundborg, Denmark. Onsite presence required
