We are hiring a Junior Onsite Coordinator / Engineer based in Gothenburg, Sweden for an Alibaba Cloud migration project; Mandarin and English are required, and candidates must already hold a valid Swedish work permit. Location: Gothenburg, Sweden Core Responsibilities & Role Positioning

• ​Role Nature: Junior onsite coordination role (not a senior architect or independent expert for complex technical problem-solving).
• ​Primary Focus: Facilitate technical collaboration between Alibaba Cloud and the customer on-site in Gothenburg; ensure rapid response and effective escalation of issues; accurately transmit on-site issues to the domestic technical service team, who will provide backend technical support.
• ​Technical Requirements: Deep Alibaba Cloud expertise is not required. Basic cloud O&M background knowledge (such as AWS or Azure experience) is sufficient, with onboarding training provided by the Alibaba Cloud team.
• ​Project Phase: The customer already has active resources under their Alibaba Cloud account and is conducting the migration independently, so Landing Zone construction is not involved. This role primarily assists with coordination during the migration process (e.g., DTS usage, connectivity provisioning).
