Full-time roles start in autumn 2027 for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years experience. ABOUT THE ROLE

• Craft and implement strategies for digital transformation, process improvement, and innovation
• Analyze client environments and challenges to create clear recommendations
• Create presentations and reports that drive decisions
• Help shape BLEAD’s tools, frameworks, and culture as we scale
• Work closely with supportive teammates to deliver high-quality results

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• M.Sc. (completed or in progress) in a business or technology field
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Relevant experience is a plus
• Motivated to actively contribute to building a successful business
