What you'll do

🚀 We’re hiring: Junior Executive Assistant At Clarity Partners, we believe great leadership is enabled by great support. We’re looking for a highly organized Junior Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of coordination, planning, and operational flow. You will work closely alongside our Senior Executive Assistant in supporting our executive leadership and daily operations. The role spans a broad range of tasks, so you should enjoy variety and be comfortable supporting wherever needed. ✨ What you’ll do:

  • Manage complex calendars in Outlook for two senior stakeholders, including prioritization, conflict resolution, and long-term planning (experience with Outlook calendar management is required)
  • Proactively coordinate meetings across teams, functions, and time zones
  • Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including itineraries, bookings, and scheduling
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the leadership and team
  • Expense management: Preparing and submitting expense reports on time
  • Handle tasks ranging from structured calendar management to practical coordination and ad-hoc support
  • Ensure preparation and follow-up for meetings and key internal activities
  • Support our Events Team with the coordination of internal events and social activities
  • Regularly update and audit client contact lists, CRM software (HubSpot), and internal directories with current phone numbers, emails, titles, and company changes
  • Help maintain structure and efficiency in a dynamic and fast-moving environment

👀 What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience with complex calendar management in Microsoft Outlook
  • A highly organised professional who enjoys managing complexity and staying one step ahead
  • Experience in client-facing environments and comfortable operating in high-expectation settings
  • Comfort working with a variety of tasks, from structured planning to ad-hoc support
  • Excellent coordination skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
  • Experience from smaller or mid-sized companies is a plus, and you are likely to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a start-up mindset

📍 The role is based in Nordhavn, Copenhagen.
