Lox Club, our first chapter, is a private community “for Jew-ish people with ridiculously high standards.” Like a deli, it’s culturally jewish but anyone can enjoy it. We’re evolving into our next phase of growth and launching new chapters, each designed as an immersive experience tailored to its niche. It’s a pivotal time for Lox, and we want you to be part of the journey. The Role We’re focused on growing through a mix of performance marketing, standout creative, and real-world dating experiences. Our growth strategy is driven by data, speed, and constant creative iteration. We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer who can work closely with our creative and media buying team to develop high-performing video creative across Meta and other paid social channels. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the role and creative needs expand. What You’ll Do

  • Report to and collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to execute new concepts, winning angles, and creative iterations.
  • Create and edit high-converting video and static ads for Meta and other paid social channels.
  • Turn winning ads and angles into multiple creative iterations quickly.
  • Collaborate directly with our media buying team to understand what’s working and build new creative around performance data.
  • Find new ways to communicate what makes Lox Club different from traditional dating apps.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, editing, variations, voiceovers, and creative production.
  • Help plan and execute shoots with creators, models, couples, and talent.
  • Attend or capture Lox Club events when needed to turn real-world experiences into paid social creative.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new concepts and iterations for testing.

Qualifications

  • Must-have
  • Proven experience creating and editing direct-response or performance video ads, not just organic social content.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Scroll-stopping hooks
  • Direct-response storytelling
  • UGC and creator-led advertising
  • Creative testing and iteration
  • Ad fatigue and refreshing winning concepts
  • Strong CTAs and conversion-focused messaging
  • Experience working alongside media buyers, growth teams, or paid social teams.
  • Ability to take performance data and turn it into actionable creative decisions.
  • Ability to produce and iterate creative quickly and consistently.
  • Comfortable testing lots of ideas, learning from performance, and adjusting fast.
  • Strong understanding of social-first content and what feels native to TikTok, Reels, and paid social.
  • Preferred
  • Experience creating ads for dating apps, consumer apps, memberships, lifestyle brands, or subscription products.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads and performance metrics.
  • Experience directing creators or producing UGC.
  • Experience running shoots.
  • Comfortable using AI creative tools to increase production speed.
  • A strong understanding of dating culture, internet culture, memes, and current social trends.
