About the Role Join the Enterprise Architecture team, providing technical support for the Quality Assurance platform. You will be responsible for the implementation and continuous evolution of automation, continuous integration, and SDLC monitoring tools, with a particular focus on COBOL and GitLab environments. The successful candidate will serve as the technical backup to the QA Solution Architect and will actively participate in defining and implementing new automation capabilities. Key Responsibilities

1. First-line AML Activities

• Support first-line AML controls under supervision, currently performed by external consultants
• Conduct basic transactional monitoring and initial reviews of alerts
• Assist in customer due diligence (CDD) and KYC documentation checks
• Escalate potential issues or risks to senior team members

1. Client Operations & Services

• Assist with account opening processes, ensuring documentation completeness and accuracy
• Support mutual fund transfers and other client-related operational tasks
• Handle day-to-day client service requests (internal/external), ensuring timely and high-quality responses
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems

1. Process & Operational Support

• Contribute to the smooth execution of operational workflows
• Help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Support documentation of procedures and controls

Learning & Development As part of this trainee role, you will:

• Gain exposure to financial regulations and AML frameworks
• Develop knowledge of investment operations (e.g., fund transfers, account lifecycle)
• Build practical experience in client servicing and operational processes
• Work closely with experienced professionals and receive ongoing feedback

About you Required

• Recent graduate (or near completion) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field
• Strong interest in financial services, compliance and client relations
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish (other language is a plus)
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of AML/KYC concepts
• Previous internship or academic exposure to financial services
• Familiarity with operational or client service environments
