Junior Buyer, Denim

Are you passionate about denim and motivated by developing your product knowledge while supporting the buying process from development to final order? Join our NOISY MAY Denim team as Junior Buyer and become part of developing one of our key product categories. You will work closely with the product, take responsibility for your own tasks and build your experience within buying, product development and supplier collaboration. THE TEAM You will join NOISY MAY’s Buying department and become part of a larger Buying team working across both NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) and express collections. In your daily work, you will work especially closely with a colleague focusing on denim, while also collaborating with Design, Sales, suppliers and BESTSELLER’s international buying offices. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where we stay close to sales insights, trends and what is happening in the market. We react quickly to new opportunities and work to bring relevant products to market at the right time. THE JOB As our Junior Buyer, you will be involved across the denim buying process, from product development and sourcing to orders and delivery follow-up. You will get close to the product, strengthen your technical knowledge of denim and gradually take responsibility for your own tasks within buying and product development. More specifically, you will:

• Create styles and assortments in our internal systems
• Contribute to product development, including sourcing fabrics and materials and working with fittings and product details
• Maintain daily dialogue with suppliers and BESTSELLER’s international buying offices on product details, development and quality
• Handle price calculations, place orders and follow up on production, deliveries and timelines
• Coordinate samples, work with product and order data and prepare collections for internal sales meetings

YOUR PROFILE You have experience within buying and enjoy working closely with the product. You are curious, commercially minded and motivated by developing your knowledge of denim. You take responsibility for your tasks, work independently and enjoy being part of a team. You also enjoy being in dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders and following up to keep things moving. We imagine that you:

• Have a relevant educational background and some years of experience from a similar role
• Ideally have experience with denim, outerwear or tailoring
• Are structured and comfortable working with orders, figures and Excel
• Are curious about AI and digital tools and how they can support your work
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
