We are now building on our presence in Sweden and are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to become an important part of our Swedish growth journey. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop within B2B sales, build long-term customer relationships and play an active role in establishing and growing our presence in the Swedish market. About The Role As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will be an important part of our Swedish sales team. You will identify new business opportunities, reach out to potential customers and develop relationships from the initial contact through to new business. The position is hybrid, and we would ideally like you to be based in Stockholm. You will work closely with our Country Manager, who is also based in Stockholm, as well as our international team. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, driven and enjoys connecting with new people. You do not need several years of sales experience — we place strong emphasis on your attitude, motivation and willingness to learn and develop. You will receive support and coaching from experienced colleagues and gradually take on greater responsibility across the full sales process. What You’ll Do

• Identify new business opportunities and potential B2B customers in the Swedish market
• Build and develop your own pipeline through phone, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Research companies, industries and decision-makers to create relevant and personalised outreach
• Make initial contact with potential customers, generate interest and book meetings
• Understand customer needs and identify solutions that create value for their business
• Be involved in the full sales process — from initial contact and meetings through to proposals, negotiations and closing
• Build and develop long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
• Work in a structured way in our CRM system and ensure consistent follow-up of leads and business opportunities
• Represent eGENTIC at customer meetings, industry events and other relevant activities to build our network and presence in Sweden
• Follow developments in the Swedish market and contribute ideas around new customers, industries and business opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

• You have a strong interest in B2B sales and business development, ideally with some previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles or a similar position
• You are results-oriented and motivated by creating new business and achieving targets
• You are curious and a good listener, with the ability to ask the right questions and understand customer needs and challenges
• You have strong communication skills and feel confident engaging with both new and existing customers
• You are driven, proactive and resilient, and enjoy independently building new customer relationships and business opportunities
• You are organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer conversations and opportunities in parallel
• You have a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses can grow and develop
• You are comfortable working in both Swedish and English
• A post-secondary qualification in areas such as business, sales, marketing or a similar field is a plus, but not essential
