We are working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consultancy that is looking to hire a Junior Business Central Finance Consultant to support its continued growth. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Work alongside senior consultants during project delivery.
• Support customers with Business Central-related questions and issues.
• Assist with application support and troubleshooting activities.
• Learn customer business processes and translate requirements into Business Central solutions.
• Support finance-focused implementation projects.
• Contribute to workshops and customer meetings.
• Complete a structured training programme where required.
• Work closely with project teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Develop into a fully independent Business Central Consultant.

About You We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Financial Controller
• Accountant
• Auditor
• Bookkeeper
• Finance Business Partner
• Similar finance or accounting-focused role

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in finance and accounting.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• An interest in business systems and technology.
• Fluency in both Danish and English.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HA, cand.merc., or a related discipline.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be advantageous but is not essential. Interested? Let's Talk.
