As a Junior Asset Manager, you’ll join an existing team of Asset Managers who together will cover a diverse portfolio. You’ll be responsible for asset management strategy and lease management and steering the external property management. You’ll drive the management of our asset portfolio while making great connections and building our local and national relationships. This portfolio comes with a huge potential to add value, and there is plenty of development potential for a candidate who has the right mix of creativity, determination, and the flexibility to work in a start-up-style leadership environment. The right candidate has not only the drive and discipline to handle the day to day, but the ambition to grow with us as we develop an unparalleled opportunity as the principal player in last mile real estate. Working at Mileway Mileway is Europe’s leading owner and manager of last-mile logistics real estate, operating across more than 11 countries with a team of over 550 professionals in more than twenty offices.
