IT TECHNICIAN – Data Center Environment

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team responsible for maintaining our companys critical server infrastructure. In this role, you will work in a meaningful position as part of a stable and secure data center environment, where technical expertise, teamwork, and continuous development are truly valued.

In this role, you will:

• Provide technical support for our Dedicated Root Server customers worldwide

• Analyze and resolve fault and incident situations

• Build and maintain new IT infrastructure in our modern data centers

• Work as part of a communal and fair team, where mutual support is a priority

We expect you to have:

• Strong Linux skills and command line proficiency

• Understanding of computer components and their functionality

• Knowhow for fiber-optic cabling

• An analytical mindset and structured way of working

• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system – our services operate 24/7

Please note that a clean background, a valid work permit for Finland and own car are required for this position.

Salary: According to Tipal TES (Collective Agreement), Hardware and Software Maintenance – 3086€/month. Annual compensation including shift bonuses: Approximately 45,000 – 50,000€.
