IT Student Assistant

Join our IT team and help support day-to-day operations while developing your skills in endpoint management, cloud administration and IT security. Your possibility to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Microsoft Entra ID. What you will do IT support

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 and endpoint-related issues.

Identity & access

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Manage user access and group memberships in Microsoft Entra ID.

Endpoint management

• Create and maintain application packages for Microsoft Intune using Patch My PC.
• Help troubleshoot and remediate non-compliant devices.

Backup & recovery

• Perform and document backup and restore tests.

Documentation

• Maintain clear IT documentation and procedures.

Broader IT operations

• Assist with additional IT operations.

About you

• You are currently studying IT, computer science or a related field.
• You have an interest in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure and IT security.
• You enjoy troubleshooting and learning new technologies.
• You are structured, service-minded and comfortable helping colleagues.

You do not need to be an expert in every technology we use. Curiosity, technical interest and a willingness to learn are more important. What we offer
