IT Specialist – Hybrid Infrastructure

About the role As IT Specialist in Hybrid Infrastructure, your focus will be on developing and operating our Microsoft Azure environment while driving greater automation, standardisation, and cloud adoption across the group. You will work closely with colleagues across Global IT and contribute to everything from infrastructure design and governance to migrations and day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities

• Building, operating, and continuously improving our Microsoft Azure environment
• Designing and maintaining infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep and Terraform)
• Automating operational tasks and deployment processes using PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines
• Supporting and developing Entra ID and identity-related services
• Contributing to cloud governance, security, networking, and platform standardisation
• Supporting the migration of remaining on-premises workloads to Azure
• Working within ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management
• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and driving root cause resolution
• Creating and maintaining documentation that enables efficient and reliable operations

What we are looking for You likely have a few years of experience working with infrastructure, cloud platforms, or IT operations in an international organization, and feel comfortable navigating a modern Microsoft environment. You bring hands-on experience with Azure and Entra ID, enjoy automating repetitive tasks with PowerShell, and see Infrastructure as Code as the natural way to manage and scale infrastructure. You are familiar with Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and you approach your work with structure, attention to security, and a focus on creating solutions that are both reliable and scalable. Just as importantly, you enjoy working with others. You share knowledge, document what you build, and collaborate comfortably across teams and stakeholders. Experience with Azure networking, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, cloud migrations, or certifications such as AZ-104 and AZ-400 is considered an advantage, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're much more interested in finding the right person than someone who ticks every box. You communicate confidently in English and Danish is considered an advantage.
