We are looking for an experienced and service-minded IT Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will provide first and second-line technical support to employees across our HQ and European offices, ensuring a seamless IT experience and supporting day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities - Provide first and second-line IT support to HQ users and employees across European offices. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues. - Support Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 applications, Apple devices, and business-critical systems. - Manage onboarding, offboarding, identity provisioning, and user access administration. - Support endpoints, mobile devices, meeting room technology, and audiovisual equipment. - Assist with network, remote access, and connectivity troubleshooting in collaboration with infrastructure teams. - Maintain support documentation, contribute to the knowledge base, and identify opportunities to improve processes through AI and automation. Qualifications & Experience - Experience working in a corporate IT support environment providing first and second-line support. - Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. - Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and modern workplace technologies. - Basic understanding of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues. - Familiarity with endpoint management and device lifecycle support. - Experience with Microsoft Intune and Cisco Meraki is an advantage. - Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to support troubleshooting, documentation, and daily workflows. Personal Qualities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative mindset with a strong customer-service focus. - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies. - Interested in developing skills within automation, scripting, and AI-driven ways of working. - Adaptable and motivated by continuous improvement.
