IT Solution Management Consultant

On behalf of a client in the Life Sciences industry, we are looking for an IT Solution Management Consultant to support coordination and governance across multiple site-based IT solutions. Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across IT Solution Managers and maintain an overview of priorities, dependencies, milestones and next steps
• Prepare and facilitate coordination meetings and document decisions, actions, owners and deadlines
• Follow up on agreed actions and escalate risks, dependencies or delays when required
• Coordinate communication across IT leadership, project teams, service owners, vendors and business stakeholders
• Maintain status reporting, action/risk/dependency/decision logs and support improvements to governance and ways of working

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience within IT Solution Management, IT Service Management, IT project coordination, PMO or a comparable IT coordination role
• Experience coordinating work across multiple IT solutions, teams or locations
• Good understanding of IT operating models, solution ownership, service management and project dependencies
• Experience facilitating meetings, managing stakeholders and driving actions through to completion
• Experience supporting IT governance forums and structured cross-team ways of working
• Experience from site-based manufacturing, laboratory or other regulated IT environments
• Previous experience as an IT Solution Manager is an advantage
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and collaboration platforms
• Written and spoken Danish and English
