What you'll do

IT Service Delivery Lead Being part of the development of new nuclear power in Sweden is a unique opportunity – and a central part of the future sustainable energy supply. Videberg Kraft is a project company with the mission to develop, construct, and operate Sweden’s future nuclear power. Joining us means being part of building a company from the ground up, with processes, systems and ways of working shaped in parallel with the project itself. Here, progress depends on people who can move forward with confidence, even when not every answer is known, take full responsibility, and look beyond their own role to help the wider project succeed. We are now looking for an IT Service Delivery Lead who will play a key role in establishing, governing, and continuously improving the digital services that support Videberg Kraft's journey from project organization to future operator. Your role As IT Service Delivery Lead within the Digital & IT function, you will ensure that Videberg Kraft's digital services meet business needs, agreed service levels, and regulatory requirements. You will act as the primary link between business stakeholders, external IT service providers, and internal governance functions. Initially, a significant focus will be leading the transition of current services to a new IT partner and establishing effective operational processes. As the organization grows, you will develop a modern service delivery function that provides a high-quality digital workplace for a growing business in a highly regulated environment. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will own the service delivery model, manage supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that service quality, security, user experience, and cost efficiency evolve alongside the company. Your focus areas Service Delivery & Operations - Own and develop Videberg Kraft's IT service delivery model. - Ensure digital services meet business needs, service levels, and regulatory requirements. - Improve service quality, availability, security, and user experience. - Establish scalable processes and ways of working for a growing organization. Supplier & Commercial Management - Manage relationships with strategic IT suppliers and coordinate them across the IT landscape. - Ensure supplier performance against contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and business expectations. - Manage service reviews, escalations, risks, and continuous improvement. Governance, Compliance & Service Improvement - Ensure service delivery meets security, compliance, and governance requirements. - Contribute to the development of IT governance, documentation, and service management practices. - Drive improvements in service quality, automation, and operational efficiency. - Support the development of digital capabilities, cloud services, and AI-enabled solutions. Financial & Business Management - Manage service budgets, costs, and consumption. - Provide KPI reporting and decision support to management and steering groups. - Improve cost-effectiveness and business value. - Ensure digital services support project milestones and long-term business objectives. Your qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, Service Delivery, or related field. - Experience in supplier management, outsourcing, and vendor governance. - Experience working in complex and regulated environments. - Good understanding of cloud services, Microsoft 365, Azure, SaaS platforms, and modern IT delivery models. - Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and service performance reporting. - Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Preferred: - ITIL Foundation certification or higher. - Experience from the energy sector, industrial environments, defense, or other highly regulated industries. - Experience working in a multi-sourcing or SIAM-like environment. - Experience from a fast-growing company or start-up environment. - Experience working with export control, security protection requirements, or similar regulatory frameworks. Who you are - Structured, analytical and business-oriented, with a strong understanding of operational needs and priorities. - A clear and confident communicator who builds credibility and navigates complex stakeholder and supplier relationships. - An independent and proactive problem solver, able to create structure while remaining pragmatic and flexible. - A collaborative and influential leader who can build alignment and drive progress without direct line-management responsibility. - Accountable, with high integrity and a strong sense of ownership. What we offer - The opportunity to help build the digital foundation for one of Sweden’s most important industrial projects. - Significant influence over the transition to a new IT partner and the development of future IT services. - The mandate to shape a modern, scalable digital workplace for a growing organization in a highly regulated environment. - A key role in shaping strategic IT supplier relationships.
