Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the replacement of an existing ERP system supporting sales, supply chain and finance. The project involves broad stakeholder impact and requires close coordination between business functions and IT delivery teams.You will lead the project from planning through implementation, managing scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks and dependencies. Responsibilities include maintaining the project plan, clarifying business requirements and process impacts, and coordinating solution analysis with business stakeholders, architects, process owners and vendors.You will also ensure effective governance, reporting and communication, proactively manage risks and issues, and coordinate implementation, testing, data migration, integrations, cutover and stabilization. The role requires balancing business continuity, quality, cost and timeline to achieve agreed outcomes. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Project & Resource Management: Lead the entire ERP replacement lifecycle—from initial planning through stabilization and operational transition—while actively managing the project’s scope, budget, timeline, resources, and risks. - Cross-Functional Governance & Coordination: Drive project governance and stakeholder communication to coordinate business requirements, technical integrations, testing, and operational readiness across all technical teams, business units, and vendors. Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager in complex business transformation or system replacement projects.
• Experience with ERP implementation, replacement or transition projects.
• Good understanding of sales, supply chain and finance processes and how ERP systems support them.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, integrations and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience driving requirements, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover planning and operational readiness.
• Strong project governance skills, including planning, reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder escalation.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
