About the role
As an IT Project Manager at Matrix42, you will be responsible for delivery projects related to Service Management (ITSM/ESM) and Identity Management (IAM/IGA) solutions. Your work will focus particularly on the German and Finnish markets and on successfully delivering projects related to public and private sector tenders. You will collaborate closely with sales, technical consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
You can work in a hybrid model from the Espoo (Säteri), Kuopio, or Frankfurt office, and you enjoy meeting colleagues and customers face-to-face on a regular basis. The role requires occasional travel depending on project and customer needs.

Work tasks
In your role as IT Project Manager, you will be fully responsible for planning, executing, and steering customer projects related to Service and Identity Management solutions. Your tasks include close collaboration with sales, technical experts, and customers, as well as managing project resources, time entries, and budget adherence.

Experience with public sector tendering processes and working with public sector customers as well as delivering SaaS-based or platform solutions are seen as an addition asset.
