Looking for a Freelancer for the Client site Schedule visits (Backfill)
IT / End User Support
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and business applications.
- Perform hardware installation, replacement, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding, account access, and basic Active Directory activities.
- Handle IMAC activities – Install, Move, Add & Change.
- Manage and resolve incidents/service requests through ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
Network Support
- Provide hands-on support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, network ports, and cabling.
- Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of VLANs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN.
- Perform network connectivity testing using tools such as ping, tracert, ipconfig, and network testers.
- Support network device installation, replacement, patching, and basic configuration.
- Coordinate with Network/Infrastructure teams for complex network incidents.
- Assist with network changes, upgrades, and site implementation activities.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Network Support, or Infrastructure Support.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience across both end-user IT and network connectivity.
- Able to work independently and handle onsite/field support activities.
- Good communication and incident-management skills.
- Experience working with ITSM processes and SLA-based support.
- CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge is an advantage.
- Candidates with a combination of Desktop/EUC + Network Support experience are preferred.
