IT Infrastructure & Security Manager

What You'll Do As IT Infrastructure & Security Manager at HMS, you’ll shape our global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities, lead a talented team, and build the secure technology foundation for future growth. Combining people, technology, and transformation, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across HMS.

• Lead the infrastructure and security team and develop its capabilities for the future.
• Set the strategic direction for HMS’s global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Oversee core infrastructure services across networks, servers, cloud platforms, endpoints, storage, backup, and monitoring.
• Drive modernization through cloud adoption, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, vulnerability management, risk, compliance, and security awareness.
• Ensure the resilience, business continuity, and recovery of critical IT services.
• Partner with leaders across HMS to turn business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Manage key technology partners, vendors, and service providers.

What You'll Bring You are a strategic and inclusive leader who enjoys developing people, creating clarity, and making things happen. You combine a strong business mindset with the technical breadth needed to lead a modern infrastructure and security function.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing IT teams.
• Broad expertise across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Experience working in an international organization.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and relevant standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR.
• A track record of leading change and delivering results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts, budgets, and service performance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice To Have

• Experience in industrial technology or OT cybersecurity, or from leading globally distributed teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Azure certifications, or similar.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or global infrastructure harmonization projects.
