What you'll do
Invoice Controller Location: Esbjerg, Denmark Contract Type: Residential - Contract Start Date: 2nd November 2026 End Date: 31st October 2028 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Work Arrangement: Full Time Onshore Key Responsibilities
- Check the rate(s) against the contracts or commercial quotes
- Check number of hours according to onshore/offshore timesheet
- Check people if they are invoiced in the right category
- Check pricelist for spare parts
- Check 3rd party invoices
- Handle credit notes
- Route invoices to budget/activity owner after successful control of invoices
- Manage internal and external stakeholders concerning invoicing matters
Requirements
- University degree in Business
- Minimum 2 years in relevant field
- Interest in numbers, detail-oriented, and organized administrative skillsets
