We are now looking for an analytical and commercially minded Investment Professional to join the investment team in Oslo. As an Investment Professional, you will play a central role in analysing and underwriting investment opportunities across a broad range of real estate segments. You will take ownership across key parts of the investment process and work closely with colleagues across the broader Nordic investment platform. Key role and responsibilities

• Evaluate Norwegian investment opportunities and develop key analyses related to investment cases and strategies
• Analyse markets, assets and key value and return drivers
• Identify and develop new investment opportunities
• Develop and maintain underwritings and financial models
• Prepare investment and divestment materials and recommendations for investment decisions
• Lead selected workstreams across due diligence, structuring, negotiations and transaction execution

Qualifications

• A university degree in finance, economics, business or a related field, with a strong track record of academic performance
• Typically, 2–6 years of relevant experience within finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, management consulting, real estate or another investment-oriented environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and commercially
• Solid experience with financial modelling and valuation, combined with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Result-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to take ownership, drive workstreams forward and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written

Experience from real estate is an advantage, but not a requirement
