Would you like to work with talented individuals in an innovative company where you can influence your own responsibilities and build close partnerships across portfolio management, transactions & asset management? About The Role As an Investment Performance Business Partner at Urban Partners, you will be part of the wider CIO Office team and report to the Investment Performance Director. Joining the Investment Performance team, you will play an important role in driving performance and decision making. • Build scenario & sensitivity analysis on investment & portfolio level.
  • Support development & expansion of Inv. Perf. team capabilities.
  • Develop and advance analysis framework and AI adaptation.

Your Experience & Skills In this role, you hold a relevant Master's degree and bring 2-4 years of experience from investment management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), forecasting, finance consulting, audit, controlling, or a similar analytical finance environment. Relevant backgrounds include Big Four firms, finance advisory, real estate controlling, and investment management. The role requires technical skills in modelling and a sound finance understanding. We Expect You To Bring

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional proficiency in local language, with the ability to understand and engage in day-to-day business discussions, is required. Additional Nordic language skills are considered an advantage.

Your character

  • Collaborative and clear in your communication, able to build a strong connection with business stakeholders.
  • Comfort with disagreement. The job is to challenge experienced colleagues constructively and repeatedly, and to be welcome in the following quarter.
  • Curiosity about what drives a number rather than whether it ties. A reconciler will be unhappy in this role and unhelpful in it.
