Investment Banking Associate

Investment Banking Associate – Stockholm (On-site) Join a leading investment bank with a strong presence across the Nordic region, advising corporates, private equity sponsors, and family-owned businesses on M&A and capital markets transactions. The team works across sectors and combines strategic advisory with high-quality execution on some of the region’s most visible deals. What you will do:

• Take a lead role in executing M&A and capital markets mandates, from pitch through closing
• Build and review financial models and valuation analyses, guiding the work of analysts
• Manage day-to-day transaction processes and coordinate with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors
• Prepare client and board-level materials, with direct exposure to senior management
• Support origination efforts and help develop new client relationships

What you will need:

• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or related transaction advisory
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to work independently on live deals
• Fluent Swedish and English required
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders under deadline pressure
