Investment Associate / Manager

An established private investment firm is looking to connect with ambitious investment professionals interested in joining its investment team in Oslo. The opportunity offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, evaluation, execution and portfolio management. Working closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams, the successful candidate will contribute to identifying attractive investment opportunities and supporting the development and growth of portfolio businesses. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across a range of industries.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation and investment modelling.
• Participate in due diligence processes and transaction execution.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal decision-making.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, business development and value creation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and work closely with management teams.
