About our client Our client is a leading international investment firm headquartered in Copenhagen, with a long-standing track record of making sizable investments in established, growth-oriented companies. Its private equity investment team invests across Europe and North America, with a particular focus on healthcare and life sciences. The team invests flexibly across majority and significant minority positions and benefits from deep sector expertise and an extensive international network. The team offers a collaborative working environment, with Associates gaining meaningful exposure to transactions, portfolio companies and management teams from an early stage. What The Job Involves

• Work across the transaction process, including initial screening, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio work
• Build financial models and conduct investment and market analysis
• Work closely with colleagues across seniority levels and gain early exposure to management teams

Who we are looking for

• Relevant post-graduate experience, ideally from investment banking or private equity
• Candidates from leading management consulting firms may also be considered, particularly with relevant PE or transaction experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong academic track record
• Interest in healthcare and life sciences; prior sector experience is advantageous but not required
• Highly driven, proactive and collaborative
• Willingness to relocate to Copenhagen
