Infrastructure Private Equity Associate | Stockholm Our client, a leading infrastructure investment platform based in Stockholm, is looking for a high-calibre Associate to join its investment team. The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals on new investments, portfolio companies and strategic value-creation initiatives. The Role

• Evaluate new infrastructure investment opportunities across the Nordic and broader European markets
• Build and analyse financial models, valuations and investment cases
• Conduct company, sector and market analysis
• Support commercial, financial and legal due diligence workstreams
• Prepare investment committee materials and transaction documentation
• Participate in management meetings and transaction discussions
• Support portfolio companies on strategic and value-creation initiatives

The Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Infrastructure or a closely related field
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, transport, digital infrastructure or related sectors is highly advantageous
• Strong academic background
• Swedish language proficiency is mandatory.
• Based in, or open to relocating to, Stockholm
