They invest across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including private equity, private credit, and other alternative investments, with a hands-on approach to supporting portfolio companies. They are seeking a highly motivated Investment Professional to join their dynamic team in Stockholm. This role is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit to take the next step in their career at a forward-thinking investment firm. You will work closely with senior leadership on deal origination, due diligence, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Analyze markets, industries, and target companies to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Support the active management of portfolio companies, including strategic planning, operational improvements, and value creation initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, entrepreneurs, and advisors.
  • Develop high-quality investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for internal and external audiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking (bulge bracket), private equity, or private credit.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish proficiency is a plus.
