Investment Associate

Investment Associate | Private Credit We are working with an established investment firm seeking an Investment Associate to support the evaluation, execution and management of private credit investments. Responsibilities

• Assess investment opportunities through financial, commercial and industry analysis.
• Build financial models to evaluate cash flow, debt capacity and downside scenarios.
• Coordinate due diligence alongside management teams, advisers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare investment committee materials and support transaction structuring and execution.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, identify emerging risks and assess further financing opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience gained at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm or private credit fund.
• Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis skills.
• Demonstrable transaction experience, including due diligence and investment analysis.
• Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and the ability to communicate investment recommendations clearly.
