Internship in Employer Branding & Communication

Your role Are you curious about how a global company attracts and engages talent? Do you enjoy creating content, telling stories, and building brands? Join us as an Employer Branding & Communication intern and gain hands-on experience in how we bring our employer brand to life. As part of the Industrial Technique Business Area People & Culture team this internship gives you the opportunity to explore how we build and strengthen our employer brand. You’ll contribute to meaningful initiatives that showcase who we are, what we believe in, and why people choose to grow with us. Your day-to-day

• Create content for social media and career platforms
• Support employer branding campaigns and initiatives
• Plan and participate in student events and activities
• Contribute ideas to strengthen our storytelling and communication
• Help us attract and engage future talent

And You

• Are currently studying Communication, Marketing or a related field (Courses in digital marketing, social media, or employer branding are a plus, but not required).
• Complete this internship as part of your education
• Can work on-site in Sickla
• Are fluent in English
