How you will create an impact:

• You will support our consultants on Strategy & Transformation projects for Healthcare & Life Sciences clients, conducting competitive and benchmark analyses, among other tasks, and deriving relevant insights and recommendations for action.
• Together with Digital, Analytics, AI, and IT teams, you will translate business challenges into concrete digital transformation initiatives.
• You will analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the definition of optimized workflows and requirements.
• You will contribute to the development of business cases and implementation roadmaps for digital, AI, analytics, and technology-enabled commercial initiatives.
• You will gain valuable experience by preparing, conducting, and evaluating expert interviews and workshops, as well as creating presentations.

About You:

• You have an excellent academic record in an advanced bachelor’s or master’s degree program, for example in Business/Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/Business Informatics, or Data Science.
• You have gained initial practical experience through internships in a consulting-related environment or in industry, ideally with a focus on Strategy & Transformation.
• You are enthusiastic about digital transformation, AI, analytics, and automation and are interested in how technology-enabled solutions and business models can drive the commercial transformation of our Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.
• A basic understanding of project management and agile ways of working, as well as initial experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau, is a plus.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English and are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
