Insurance Manager - Global Insurance Programs

Opportunity: Loomis is seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to join our Global Insurance team. Reporting to the Head of Insurance & Captives, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's global insurance and risk financing strategy across a diverse international business. This is a broad and hands-on role with responsibility for selected global insurance programs and close involvement in renewals, claims, risk financing initiatives, and strategic insurance matters. You will work with stakeholders across the organization, as well as brokers, insurers and other external partners, to help ensure that Loomis' insurance arrangements remain effective, commercially sound and aligned with the Group's evolving risk profile. The role offers exposure to a wide range of insurance and risk management activities, including multinational insurance programs, captive solutions, major claims, contractual risk transfer and corporate transactions, while providing opportunities to contribute to the continued development of the Group's insurance function. You will join the Insurance team within Loomis' Global Risk Organization, reporting into a function that plays a critical role in supporting and protecting the business worldwide. Led by the Chief Risk Officer, the team works across a broad range of disciplines, including security, enterprise risk management, operational resilience, health & safety, insurance and captive management. Based at the Group headquarters in central Stockholm, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced international team and gain exposure to a wide range of risk and insurance topics across a global organization. Key responsibilities:

• Support the management and renewal of Loomis' global insurance programs and risk financing arrangements.
• Provide insurance expertise and guidance to stakeholders across the business.
• Collaborate with brokers, insurers and country teams to optimize coverage, manage risk and support strategic initiatives.
• Support claims management, governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to insurance budgeting, reporting, analytics and continuous improvement activities.
• Help drive the ongoing development of Loomis' global insurance strategy and captive program.

Profile: We are looking for an experienced insurance professional who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and is keen to take on a broad and varied role. You may currently work in an in-house insurance or risk management team, with a broker, or within the insurance market, and be looking for an opportunity to expand your impact and responsibility. You combine strong technical insurance knowledge with commercial thinking, effective stakeholder management and a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Comfortable working across a range of topics, from insurance program management and risk financing to claims and strategic projects, you enjoy building relationships and delivering results in a dynamic global organization. What You'll Bring:

• University degree in a relevant field such as Law, Finance, Risk Management, Risk Engineering or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Additional language skills, especially Swedish, Spanish or French, would be advantageous.
• Relevant experience within corporate insurance and/or re-insurance, risk management, broking or underwriting.
• A solid understanding of commercial insurance programs and risk transfer solutions.
• Experience supporting insurance renewals, claims management and insurance advisory activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, organized and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable:

• Experience working with multinational insurance programs within a global organization.
• Exposure to captive insurance, alternative risk financing or broader risk management activities.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, insurance budgeting, reporting or governance activities.
• Experience with insurance, risk management, GRC or reporting systems such as Origami Risk, MetricStream, Riskonnect, or similar platforms would be advantageous.
