Instructional Designer / Technical Writer (Project Based)

Our partner is looking for an Instructional Designer / Technical Writer (Project Based) based in Sweden. This is a project-based opportunity for an experienced instructional designer or technical writer to create clear, engaging, and repeatable learning and process documentation. The role focuses on transforming source materials and operational knowledge into structured LMS course content, modules, lessons, assessments, and practical SOPs. You will leverage AI and LLM tools to accelerate content creation while applying strong human judgment, quality control, and instructional design principles. The engagement is fully remote, self-directed, and designed for independent end-to-end execution. You will establish reusable content standards, templates, prompts, and governance processes that support consistency and future scalability. The role also provides an opportunity to introduce AI-assisted video and content production workflows where they can improve learning outcomes. This is a fixed-scope engagement where you will propose your own approach, timeline, estimated hours, and cost.
