What you'll do
The person in this position will provide instructional leadership and operational oversight to support the effective functioning of the school. Responsibilities include supervising faculty, conducting classroom observations, supporting professional growth, and monitoring academic and behavioral data to strengthen instructional practices aligned with the Danielson Framework for Teaching and the school’s SEAD-Focused approach to education, which emphasizes students’ social, emotional, academic, and discipleship growth. The Instructional and Operations Coordinator will also oversee key operational systems, including safety procedures, health compliance, facilities coordination, and staff onboarding processes. This role works closely with school leadership to ensure consistent instructional expectations, strong organizational systems, and a safe, well-managed learning environment. Strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to the school’s Christ-centered mission are essential to this role. Position Details

- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $55,000/yr (Exempt, 12-month, Full-Time)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
Qualifications
- Degree in education or social services.
- At least five years experience supporting students and staff within a classroom or school setting.
- Experience within an intercultural workplace or ministry.
- Effective interpersonal communication, organizational skills, independent project management, and ability to problem-solve in challenging situations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
