About The Role As an Insights Excellence Manager – B2B, you will play a key global role in strengthening how insights are generated, interpreted, and applied across Essity’s B2B categories. You will act as the bridge between global insights methodologies and real business needs, ensuring frameworks are consistently applied while remaining relevant across diverse markets and data environments. You will also act as a strategic enabler—ensuring that the right frameworks, standards, and ways of working are in place so that markets and partners can deliver high‑quality, comparable, and business-relevant insights. You will be a connector between global methodologies and business needs, aligning stakeholders, clarifying priorities, and unlocking value from existing insight outputs. By driving consistency, governance, and alignment, you will help elevate decision-making across markets. What You Will Do

• Methodology Enablement: Enable the adoption of global insights methodologies, frameworks, and standards, ensuring consistent and business‑relevant application across markets.
• Business Alignment: Translate B2B category priorities into structured insight needs aligned with approved KPI frameworks and reporting principles.
• Insight Translation: Guide stakeholders in interpreting research, performance data, and analytics—ensuring insights are clearly understood and effectively used in decision-making.
• Reporting Consistency: Apply and reinforce a common language for insights through shared templates, KPI definitions, taxonomies, and interpretation standards.
• Orchestration & Alignment: Orchestrate insight activities across categories and markets, ensuring alignment, clarity of roles, and consistent delivery through partners and local teams.
• Governance & Standards: Act as a guardian of global standards, ensuring alignment rather than direct execution.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback from categories and markets to help refine methodologies, reporting logic, and ways of working.

Who You Are

• University degree in business, marketing, economics, analytics, or a related field
• Extensive experience of, at least, 8 years in insights, analytics, research, category support, or related roles, with exposure to B2B environments and multinational or matrixed organizations
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research approaches, KPI frameworks, performance data, and insight synthesis methods
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and structured outputs
• Fluent in English
