Inside Sales Representative

Signode is a leading global provider of transit packaging solutions, helping customers optimize their packaging operations through innovative products, equipment, and services. Signode is looking for a commercially driven Inside Sales Representative to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers, convert sales opportunities, support renewals, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers and opportunities.
• Convert inbound leads and follow up on outbound sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, RFQs, and commercial documentation.
• Support pricing execution and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver excellent customer service and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity pipelines.
• Support contract renewals and customer retention activities.

This role reports to Inside Sales Manager Daniel Edwards that is located in Signode UK, therefore your application need to be in English.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
• Experience in B2B industrial sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Fluent in English, Swedish and Finish
