Inside Sales Representative, Relocate to Spain (Norwegian-speaking)

Trade the Norwegian winter for the Costa del Sol. Work in sales with warm leads from an office near the beach in Fuengirola. Join a growing international home cleaning company and help Norwegian customers get more time back in their week. You'll move to Fuengirola and work from the office there, with sunshine most of the year and a big Scandinavian community nearby. Your job is to turn people who've already shown interest into happy, long-term customers. Then you grow your own portfolio through follow-ups, upselling and win-backs. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll mainly work with warm leads and existing customers. The pace is high, though, and you'll talk to a lot of customers every day. What you'll do

• Contact warm leads and turn them into new customers
• Follow up with both prospective and existing customers
• Build and grow your own customer portfolio
• Drive extra sales through upselling and win-back campaigns
• Handle around 70 customer calls a day in a KPI-driven team

What you bring

• Fluent Norwegian and good English
• Strong communication skills and a clear customer focus
• A commercial mindset and motivation to hit your targets
• A positive, structured and independent way of working
• Energy for a fast pace and lots of customer contact
• You're ready to move to Fuengirola, and you can work in Spain without a visa (Norwegian or EU/EEA citizens can)

Sales experience is a plus, but your drive and communication skills matter most. What you get
