Location: Bergen, Norway Role: IT Technician L1 / Dispatch Experience: L1 IT Support / Desktop Support experience preferred Work: On-site / Dispatch-based IT support Ticket Ratio: Very good ticket volume Advance Notice: Customer informs us 2–4 days in advance before the required visit. Key Responsibilities:
- L1 Desktop & IT Support
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- On-site incident and service requests
- Installation, configuration & replacement of IT equipment
- User support and basic network troubleshooting
- Following client procedures and ticketing processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT Support / Desktop Support
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently on-site
- Local availability in or around Bergen is preferred
