Influencer Talent Manager - Sweden Remote | Sweden Market Focus | Full-Time with Flexible Hours | Uncapped Commission Stride Social is looking for ambitious, commercially minded people to join our growing Stride Talent team. This opportunity is ideal for anyone interested in social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy. Previous industry experience is not required. You will build and manage your own roster of creators, with a focus on Swedish-speaking creators and brands in Sweden. You can work across any creator niche, including lifestyle, beauty, fashion, sport, gaming, travel, food, technology and more. We are not recruiting for one specific niche. What You Will Do

• Identify promising creators, make introductions and sign talent.
• Build and support your creator roster, developing strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify brands and partnership opportunities, negotiate deals and coordinate campaigns.
• Track your activity, communicate clearly, and participate in the Monday and Thursday team meetings at the agreed times.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent spoken and written Swedish, with good working English.
• Confidence speaking with new people, conducting outreach and building relationships.
• An organised, proactive and independent approach to remote working.
• An interest in creators and brands across a range of industries and content niches.
• Comfort with targets, rejection and commission-based income.
• Availability to begin onboarding within approximately 7-14 days, where practical.

• Structured initial training and ongoing education in creator acquisition, outreach, sales and negotiation.
• A fully remote opportunity with flexibility around agreed responsibilities and meetings.
• Uncapped commission: Potential earnings of approximately £2,000–£14,000+ per month, depending on performance. This is a commission-only opportunity, so earnings are not guaranteed. There is potential to move to a base salary after six months, depending on performance.
