Influencer Marketing Coordinator – Germany/Austria

We’re looking for a driven and outgoing Influencer Marketing Coordinator to take charge of our influencer marketing in Germany and Austria and help drive ICANIWILL’s growth. The role As part of our Influencer Marketing team, you’ll own our influencer marketing in the German and Austrian market. Relationships are at the heart of this role. You’ll spend much of your time networking, connecting with creators and building long-term partnerships that drive both brand awareness and sales. You’ll book and manage collaborations from start to finish and take an active part in planning and running our events in the market. You have a passion for social media, a keen eye for trends and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table. What you’ll do

• Build, nurture and grow strong, long-term relationships with influencers and creators in Germany and Austria
• Network actively to find new creators, partners and opportunities in the market
• Book and manage collaborations from start to finish: outreach, negotiation, contracts, planning and follow-up
• Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy for the German and Austrian market
• Take part in planning and executing events in the German and Austrian market
• Manage the monthly budget and drive results toward sales targets
• Stay on top of social media, upcoming trends and the German and Austrian influencer landscape

Who you are

• You’re a true relationship builder and networker who loves meeting new people
• You have 2+ years of experience working with influencer marketing
• You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field
• You’re fluent in English, and German is a strong plus
• You’re a confident negotiator with strong communication skills
• You’re structured, a good planner and able to manage many collaborations at once
• You’re ambitious, hardworking and happy to take initiative with new ideas
