Independent Sales Agent – Medical Consumables (Nordics) Territory: Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland Cooperation model: Independent commercial agent under an agency agreement Compensation: Commission on paid orders, no fixed salary Location: Remote, based in the Nordic region About InterVacTechnology InterVacTechnology is a European manufacturer and supplier of medical consumables based in Estonia. Our portfolio includes Vacuum blood collection tubes and accessories. Our products are manufactured under [ISO 13485] and CE-marked in accordance with [IVDR]. We are now building our sales network in the Nordic region. About the opportunity We are looking for an experienced independent sales agent who already knows the Nordic healthcare market and has an active network among medical distributors, clinics and laboratories. This is an independent, commission-based cooperation, not a salaried employment position. You organize your own activities and schedule, represent InterVacTechnology in the agreed territory under an agency agreement, and work closely with our sales, product and regulatory teams. What we offer • Commission: 5% of the net invoiced value of every paid order from your registered accounts, including repeat orders, for the duration of the agency agreement. • Payment terms: commission paid [monthly] after the customer has paid the invoice. • Account protection: accounts and opportunities you introduce are registered to you in writing, so your commission is clearly secured. • Expenses: [e.g. pre-approved travel and trade-show costs are reimbursed]. • Free samples for qualified customer evaluations. • Product and technical training, commercial onboarding and sales guidance. • Catalogues, presentations, technical specifications, certificates and regulatory documentation. • Quotations, order processing, invoicing, production and shipping handled centrally by our team. • Direct support from our Sales Director and Product Manager, including joint participation in key customer meetings. • Support with product registration and customer documentation from our regulatory and quality teams. • Long-term cooperation, with the possibility of expanding your territory based on results. Your role • Promote InterVacTechnology products to medical distributors, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare organizations across the Nordic region, using your professional network and local-language outreach. • Identify target accounts, decision-makers, procurement contacts and potential distribution partners; arrange introductions, meetings and product presentations. • Qualify opportunities: customer needs, relevant products, expected volumes, purchasing and decision-making process, timeline and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with our team on quotations, samples, product evaluations, technical questions and documentation. • Guide opportunities from the first contact to the first paid order, then develop accounts towards repeat orders and a broader product range. • Share regular updates on active opportunities, customer feedback, market developments and competitor activity. • Work within our approved prices, product information and commercial conditions. Non-standard terms (special prices, discounts, exclusivity, payment terms) and any contractual commitments require our prior written approval. • Conduct all outreach in line with GDPR, direct-marketing and healthcare-sector requirements. Who we are looking for • Based in and professionally active in the Nordic region. • Fluent in English and in at least one of the Nordic languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish. • Proven B2B sales experience in medical devices, medical consumables, laboratory or related healthcare products. • An established, active network of distributors, procurement professionals and healthcare decision-makers. • Knowledge and understanding of the structure and specifics of the Nordic medical market, particularly medical consumables, in both the public and private sectors: how products are evaluated, registered and purchased, including public procurement and tenders, distribution channels and purchasing decision-making. • A track record of opening new accounts and converting opportunities into paid orders. • Able to work independently and follow up consistently throughout long sales cycles. • Registered as self-employed or operating through a company, and able to invoice commissions. Experience with MDR/IVDR, product registration, medical tenders or distributor development is a strong advantage. Agents who already represent a complementary, non-competing portfolio of medical products are very welcome to apply. Cooperation terms • Agency agreement governed by Estonian Law • Initial term: 3 months, with extension • Indicative sales goals are agreed jointly at the start of the cooperation.
