Our team consists of dedicated specialists covering the entire spectrum of cybersecurity – with capabilities in Predict, Prevent, Protect, Respond, and Recover. Today, we employ around 440 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for an Incident Manager who wants to make a difference in our CSIRT. CSIRT (Cybersecurity Incident Response Team) Our Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) manages most of the large cybersecurity incidents in the Nordics. The team consists of dedicated experts in forensics, advanced infrastructure, and incident management, and works tirelessly to solve the most challenging technical situations. Together, we have rescued countless global organizations from cyber attacks and helped them get back to business with minimal impact. The Role As a Cyber Incident Manager, you are responsible for coordinating incident engagements from initial response through containment, forensic investigation, recovery, and post-incident activities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams consisting of forensic investigators, recovery specialists, infrastructure experts, legal advisors, and customer stakeholders. At the same time, you will act as a trusted advisor to customer representatives throughout the incident lifecycle. Your focus will be on driving progress, aligning priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring that response and recovery activities move forward efficiently. You will gradually be taking on increasing responsibility as you develop your leadership, stakeholder management, customer advisory, and crisis coordination capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Your Potential Background We believe you have a background in cyber security, IT operations, managed services, consulting, technical account management, service delivery, project coordination, or a similar field. You enjoy collaborating with both technical specialists and business stakeholders, bringing structure to challenging situations and helping teams to prioritize the work toward a common goal. Required Skills

  • Experience leading major incidents, service disruptions, or crisis situations.
  • Experience advising senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with technical specialists and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
