Improvement Manager, Operations

At the same time, we continuously improve how we work to deliver an even better customer experience and operate more efficiently. But our ambition goes beyond running great operations today. We develop new processes, introduce technology and automation, improve how we work with partners, and find smarter ways to operate at scale across countries, cities and markets. What You Will Do As an Improvement Manager in Operations, you will lead strategic projects aimed at fundamentally improving how Hyre operates. You will identify opportunities, shape solutions, and implement changes that deliver a clear impact on our bottom line. You will:

• Lead strategic operational projects from idea to implementation, taking full ownership of scope, analysis, execution and results.
• Identify opportunities to make our operations better, faster and more scalable, challenging existing processes and ways of working.
• Use data to understand problems and make better decisions, translating operational complexity into clear priorities and actions.
• Work across Operations, Product, Finance and other parts of Hyre to turn ideas into solutions.

What You Need

• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or another relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, for example from consulting, strategy work, scale-ups or project-based roles.
• Strong analytical and project execution skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and turn them into real-life solutions.
• A strong understanding of business and economics.
• Comfort working with data and analytics tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in written and spoken English.
