IFS Application Analyst

We are looking for two experienced ERP Application Analysts with strong knowledge of ERP workflows, particularly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Experience with IFS Cloud is highly preferred. The ideal candidates will support production-oriented business development by implementing functional enhancements, ERP customizations, and real-time data visualization solutions. They should understand the operational challenges associated with significant production volume growth and be capable of identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze ERP processes and workflows related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Support production-oriented business development and process improvements through ERP systems.
• Identify, develop, and implement functional enhancements and system customizations.
• Support real-time data visualization to improve production monitoring and decision-making.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Challenge existing requirements constructively and propose innovative improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams in complex operational environments.
• Work regularly within a production environment to understand business needs and operational challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ERP processes and workflows.
• Basic development skills and technical understanding.
• Experience in production-oriented business development related to ERP systems.
• Experience working in complex business environments.
• Experience with IFS Cloud is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend functional improvements.
• Understanding of ERP customizations and real-time data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in a production environment.
